
Inspiration
How do we create organizations that mobilise input buttom-up, provide real space for innovation, enable development and create more motivation? Where classic bureaucratic characteristics with an excess of processes and the belief that we can control results and employees are reduced because they actually negatively impact performance and innovation?
Working with this challenge is my mission. With a background as HR leader I contribute with practical experience of what is doable and what to avoid, when you consider how best to engage leaders and employees in change.
It is my mission to rethink and challenge the way we develop organizations, teams and leaders. What motivates me is to create conditions that enable development and a more meaningful working environment so both individuals and organizations create stronger results.
