Rethinking the way we work
Most of us like to wake up every morning and look forward to the day. At work we get inspired, motivated, engaged and challenged - by ourselves and others. And sometimes structure, relations or simply change get’s in the way. I support leaders, teams and organizations in making the most of the way we work.
Organizational Change & Culture
Change typically relates to culture, re-organizations, or processes. We often perceive it as cumbersome, difficult to navigate, and with a lot of talk about resistance. Research shows that 70% of all change processes fail - and organizations will miss out on the results they hoped to obtain.
I support organizations to find effective ways to approach change that require involvement and transparency and letting go of some control. If this can be endured the catch is a higher degree of ownership in the organization and achieving objectives.
Effective & Engaged Teams
Research shows that effective teams operate in engaging work environments. I support teams to accomplish both.
When a team knows why they are together, what they need to accomplish, when they need to deliver and who does what they build a strong structure to ensure transparency and clarity for all.
Equally important is the level of trust in the team. Cultivating an open dialogue and feedback, creating awareness of individual strengths and development areas, creating space for learning all contribute to an engaging environment.
Coaching & Career Counseling
Leaders typically receive limited feedback to navigate by, and the higher up the hierarchy - the less candid feedback you obtain.
Working with an Executive Coach provides an opportunity to work with challenges and ambitions in your leadership. The dialogue helps identify blind spots and development areas.
Coaching are 1:1 sessions and can include team development processes.
Sometimes we feel stuck in our career and lose sight of perspectives. A thorough process where competencies, profile, strengths and ambition level are discussed is the content of career counseling.
